General Business Conditions
1.
The discharge of the dues refers on the period of the overnight stay,
calculated 11.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. at the next day.
2.
50,00 € bail per booked unit for the Easter holidays, for Pentecost
as well as June up to and including August by an residence time of longer than
3 overnight stays is in advance to remit. It will be clear during the experation
of the booked time period.
3.
The with bail booked parking spaces and the rented estate cars we keep free
during the booked arrival - day till 11.00 a.m. of the following day. A repayment
of the bail is impossible.
4.
Arrival - adjustment as well as regards contents changes of the booking - contract
require in writing. If you have delays at the arrival - day (e.g. traffic jam, accident etc.)
please phone us (answering machine).
5.
On the journey day the booked parkingspace is available starting
from 11.00 o'clock and the renting caravan starting from 15.00
o'clock. On the departure day the parkingspaces and renting caravans are to be left
please to 11,00 o'clock cleanly.
6.
The free cancellation is only possible to max. 30 days before journey date, afterwards 60 % of the
reservation sum are raised. Exception of it is, more with difficulty medical case
confirmed by a doctor.
7.
Until 60 days before journey date the mutual amendsfree abolition of the reservation contract exists.
The bail is reimbursed. In the case of abolition by the guest a handling charge is taken
off from 5, - EUR.
8.
For security, tents are set up only in the tent area.
9.
Area of jurisdiction is Bergen on the isle of Rügen.
